About the Owner
Katie began her career in home care over 30 years ago as a caregiver. Over time, she grew into roles as an office manager and eventually helped lead one of the most respected home care companies in the area. Through these experiences, she developed a deep commitment to serving the elderly and disabled members of the community.
Her perspective became even more personal when her own father was diagnosed with cancer and required in-home care. Experiencing care from the family side gave her a profound understanding of the compassion, vulnerability, and trust it takes to support loved ones at home. With the encouragement and support of the agency she worked for, she decided to build something of her own.
Katie has successfully operated her own home care agency for over 17 years, helping thousands of families receive quality care and support. Alongside her professional journey, she is also a dedicated mother of seven, balancing both family life and business. Her experiences as both a caregiver and a mother have shaped her strong belief in family, compassion, and the importance of caring for others with love, patience, and dignity.
Katie remains fully invested in the company and is actively involved in daily operations. Clients, caregivers, and families are welcome to reach her directly at any time. She maintains close relationships with those she serves, regularly engaging with clients and staff, conducting home visits, and remaining available to answer questions or address concerns. Her hands-on approach reflects her commitment to knowing the people she serves on a personal level and ensuring consistent, compassionate care throughout every experience.
